(1) Quarantine check post will be established in accordance with Section 3 of the Act at the following locations:-
(a) An international point of entry for the export of animals, animal products or animal products,
(b) International Airport,
(c) The point of excess movement of animals, animal products and animal products within the country.
(2) The check post established as per sub-rule (1) shall have the following arrangement:-
(a) Provision of separate entry and exit gates for movement of animals,
(b) Arrangements that the buildings and sheds used for quarantine can be easily cleaned and disinfected,
(c) Provision of platforms for loading and unloading animals and animal products transported by different vehicles.
